  • Transfer of expatriate labor services, provided that the transfer is from an establishment with a green zone or below or in the event that the approval of the current employer is not required.
Red
  • The profession of the expatriate worker cannot be changed.
  • The service of the expatriate worker cannot be transferred to the establishment.
  • New visas cannot be requested.
  • A work permit cannot be issued for new expatriate workers.
  • Opening a new establishment file or a new branch is not permitted.
  • The work permit for expatriate workers cannot be renewed.
